Cancellation Policy

No refunds for cancellations for bookings during peak times or within a week (7 days of book-in date)
Out side of peak times
Cancellations up to a week (7 days) before stay will incur $30 administration fee any balance will be refunded. Consideration may be given to hold entire deposit for a future booking with in the next 12 months.
No refunds whilst booking is in progress

Property Terms and Conditions

By continuing this booking you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of The Mannum Caravan Park which may be varied from time to time.
The Person Named on the Receipt is responsible for all persons in their Cabin /Site including any visitors.
Min two night bookings/tariffs apply to weekend bookings and all on line bookings.
Peak tariffs apply to long weekends/school holidays (Oct-April)
Min three (3) night bookings/tariffs apply to all long weekends**
Min Five (5) night bookings/tariffs over Easter**
Min Seven (7) night bookings/tariffs over Xmas /New Year**.
Check in time for cabins is 2pm - Sites 12 midday
Specific Site and Cabin Numbers are not Guaranteed(where possible all requests will be considered)
Check out time strictly 10am (a second nights tariff will apply unless otherwise arranged)
All cabins are NON Smoking-Cleaning fee may apply for cabins smoked in
No Pets allowed under any circumstances (please advise visitors and other guests)
Noise Policy applies
All cabins must be left clean and tidy - Cleaning fee may apply for cabins left in an unacceptable manner.
Intoxicated or Drug affected individuals will be asked to leave.
